These Terms of Use govern your use of the Peppy mobile app. By using Peppy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Peppy is a personal tracking and informational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The "Ask Peppy" feature offers general wellness information only. Always follow the guidance of your prescriber or a qualified healthcare professional, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own health decisions. Peppy does not prescribe, sell, or facilitate the purchase of any medication or peptide.
Peppy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Peppy and its content, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
